  • Lead a section, ensuring smooth, attentive, and refined service throughout
  • Deliver a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure
  • Maintain exceptional knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and concept
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and floor teams to ensure timing and quality
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering development and consistency

    We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter/Waitress to lead service on the floor, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional and memorable dining experience., Proven Experience - Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining or high-end restaurant, with a strong understanding of elevated service standards
  • Warm & Professional Demeanour - Ability to create genuine, memorable guest interactions while maintaining a polished and confident presence
  • Attention to Detail - Precision in service, from table presentation to coordination with kitchen and floor teams
  • Excellent Communication - Clear, confident, and composed communication, even in high-pressure service environments
  • Leadership & Team Spirit - A natural leader who supports, guides, and motivates the team to deliver seamless service
