Head Waiter / Head Waitress

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head Waiter / Head Waitress to join the re-opening team of our fantastic private members' club, George - part of The Birley Clubs. George is a contemporary private members' club in the heart of Mayfair. Set across two levels, with a ground floor dining room where the open kitchen creates classic brasserie dishes from organic and seasonal ingredients and a comfortable downstairs bar for relaxing and socialising.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

• Have previous Waiter experience in a high quality restaurant/bar environment


• Have a real flair and passion for service and working with quality products and interesting drinks menus


• Have previous experience of taking both drinks and food order


• Are attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of Members


• Are excellent team players with strong communication skills
