Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald's, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime's, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City. We are currently seeking a Head Waiter/ Waitress to join our Front of House team at Oswald's, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 p/a!

Working Hours: 5 day working week between Monday - Saturday on a rota basis. Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off - our venues are closed.

What you will do:

• Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.


• To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.


• Welcome guests warmly and ensure an exceptional fine-dining experience from arrival to departure.


• Ensure that all colleagues provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.


• Supervise and train junior waiters on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest etiquette.


• Provide detailed menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods and styles of service.

• Significant experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous


• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.


• Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
