Head Sommelier

We are currently seeking an accomplished and ambitious Head Sommelier to lead our esteemed wine program. As the Head Sommelier, you will play a pivotal role in curating our extensive wine list, providing expert guidance to guests, and contributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience. If you have a profound knowledge of wines, a proven track record in sommelier roles, and a commitment to elevating the dining experience, we invite you to be a key influencer at our restaurant., Oversee and curate the wine program, ensuring a diverse and exceptional selection.
- Provide expert recommendations to guests, suggesting wine pairings that enhance their dining experience.
- Training and mentoring the sommelier team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular tastings and educational sessions for staff and guests.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute wine-focused events and promotions.
- Manage wine inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new releases, and emerging winemakers.

Proven experience as a Head Sommelier or in a similar leadership role within a high-end restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, regions, and varietals, supported by relevant certifications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
