As Head Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel, setting the tone for the guest journey from the moment of arrival. You will lead a talented front desk team and ensure a seamless, warm, and professional welcome for all our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role where service, efficiency, and attention to detail are paramount.,

• Lead and manage the reception team to deliver outstanding guest service
• Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, reservations, and other departments
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care
• Oversee training and development of reception staff
• Maintain high standards of presentation, communication, and operational procedures
• Creating and implementing of weekly rotas
• Guest billing reconciliation
• Covering management across all areas of front office departments
• Manager on duty shifts and responsibilities when required
  
  Proven experience in a front office supervisory or receptionist role within a luxury hotel environment
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g. Opera or similar) and front office processes
