The Head Pizzaiolo is one of the most important roles in our Pizzerias. You'll have full ownership of the kitchen operation - quality, consistency, people, compliance, and culture. This is a senior leadership position that demands both expert Neapolitan pizza experience and confident kitchen management, in one of the UK's most respected and fastest-growing pizza brands. • Taking full ownership of kitchen performance, quality, and consistency
• Leading, developing, and inspiring the kitchen team across all levels
• Maintaining Rudy's Neapolitan pizza standards to the highest specification
• Managing kitchen operations end-to-end: prep, service, post-service, and everything in between
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety & allergen
• Driving efficiency through effective labour management and scheduling
• Overseeing stock control & ordering
• Conducting team reviews, training, and progression planning
• Working closely with the General Manager to align kitchen and floor performance
  
  Extensive experience as a Head Pizzaiolo or Senior Sous in a high-volume kitchen
• Deep technical knowledge of authentic Neapolitan pizza-making
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a large kitchen team
• Strong commercial awareness - labour, and waste management
• Exceptional food safety knowledge
• A calm, confident leader who thrives when the pressure is highest
