Full Job Description
We are an experienced hospitality team launching an exciting new restaurant in South Woodford and are looking for a talented Pizza Chef / Kitchen Lead and an Assistant Pizza Chef to join us from the very beginning. This is a fantastic opportunity for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to be part of a brand-new concept. The Roles:
- Lead and support all kitchen operations
- Prepare high-quality pizza dough from scratch
- Work with a Marana Forni rotating gas-fired oven
- Collaborate with the owner on menu development and pizza concepts
- Assist with food ordering and stock control
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Support kitchen workflow and service efficiency
- What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a pizza chef (essential for lead role, preferred for assistant) - Strong knowledge of dough preparation and pizza techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- High standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
