We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients, traditional Italian techniques, and delivering warm, genuine hospitality. We are now looking for a strong and reliable Head Pizza Chef who can lead by example and help maintain the highest standards across our kitchens.,

• Leading and supervising the pizza section during service
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards at all times
• Training and supporting junior pizza chefs and kitchen staff
• Managing stock levels, ordering, and reducing waste
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
  
  Proven experience as a Head Pizza Chef in a busy restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of traditional pizza preparation
• Experience using traditional pizza ovens and professional kitchen equipment
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
