Head PGA Professional - Ramsdale Park Golf Centre - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

We're looking for an energetic and commercially-minded PGA Professional to take the lead in our retail operations and member engagement initiatives. As Head Professional, you'll be a key face of the business-developing relationships, driving retail sales, and ensuring all golfers receive an exceptional experience, from first-time visitors to long-standing members. As part of the Head of Department (HOD) team, you'll be eager to work collaboratively across all areas of the business-including food & beverage, events, and operations-to help drive both customer service excellence and overall sales performance.,

• Lead and grow the retail operation, including product selection, merchandising, and sales strategy
• Develop strong relationships with members and guests to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Support the day-to-day golf operations and collaborate with the wider management team
• Oversee coaching services and support a team of teaching professionals
• Work closely with other departments to deliver a joined-up customer experience and drive business growth
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence across the facility
  
  PGA Qualified Professional (essential)
• Strong retail and customer service background
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Motivated, proactive, and commercially aware
• Experience in leading a team or department
