Full Job Description

Lead and manage the achievement, progress and pastoral provision for a year group of students
Have responsibility for the strategic overview of the year group, including self-evaluation and the improvement plan for the year group
Monitor student progress including attendance, achievement and behaviour

Demonstrated awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
Evidence of effective continuous professional development
Experience coordinating a subject
