Head of Workplace Experience

We're looking for an exceptional Head of Workplace Experience to lead the next chapter of our workplace experience transformation across a national portfolio.

This is a rare opportunity to shape workplace experience across multiple locations, bringing together hospitality, workplace services, customer experience, operational excellence and culture to create workplaces that people genuinely want to be part of.

The Opportunity

As Head of Workplace Experience, you'll lead the delivery and evolution of our workplace experience strategy across a diverse national estate.

Working closely with senior clients, operational leaders and wider service teams, you'll ensure we create environments where colleagues, customers and visitors feel welcomed, connected and inspired.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence culture, service delivery, innovation and transformation while ensuring operational, commercial and compliance excellence remains at the heart of everything we do.

-Lead the implementation and evolution of workplace experience across multiple locations.

-Drive collaboration across multiple service lines.

-Leadership experience within Workplace Experience, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Customer Experience or Integrated Facilities Management.
