Overview
Head of Utilities & Infrastructure (Landowner Side) - South East England. Salary Range DOE + Wider Package. Multiple Offices - Office Presence required alongside site visits.
I am pleased to be collaborating with a well established and ambitious firm of chartered surveyors to add a senior leader to their Energy & Utilities team. Our client were founded close to a decade ago, and have some exciting growth plans looking ahead.
The Energy & Utilities piece has been a core of their business since their inception and is an exciting area of growth. With this in mind, our client is looking to hire an experienced professional in the sector to take on the role of Head of Utilities & Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Project work including CPO, Wayleaves, Easements, Valuations, Option & Lease Agreements
- General Landowner advisory matters
- Work on a range of technologies including electrical infrastructure, cable routes, wind, and solar projects
- Lead and manage the existing team of surveyors at different seniorities (leadership responsibilities)
Background
Our client are open to candidates with a range of post-qualification years via the RICS pathway. Prior leadership experience is a bonus but not essential. The main factor will be a strong track record in the aforementioned matters for relevant technologies.
