Full Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Head of UK and International Academic Partnerships to lead the development, growth and management of our academic partnership portfolio across the UK and internationally.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced higher education leader to shape and deliver the University's strategic ambitions for academic collaboration, transnational education and global engagement.
Leading the Academic Partnerships Office, you will drive innovation in partnership development, strengthen our international presence, and ensure the highest standards of governance, quality assurance and partner experience.
Working closely with senior leaders across the University, you will develop and oversee a diverse network of academic partnerships, ensuring they deliver excellent outcomes for students, partners and the University.
You will identify opportunities for growth, establish robust partnership frameworks and governance arrangements, and help unlock new opportunities spanning education, research, knowledge exchange, professional development and mobility.

# Significant senior leadership experience in higher education, with a strong record of developing and managing academic partnerships
# Extensive knowledge of the UK and international higher education landscape, including quality assurance, regulation and transnational education
# Experience of building productive relationships and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in the UK and overseas
# Strong commercial awareness, business development and account management expertise
# Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
# The ability to lead and inspire teams while delivering strategic and operational objectives
# Demonstrable commitment to fairness and the principles of equality and inclusion
# A postgraduate qualification (Level 7 or equivalent experience)
# A Fellowship of Advance HE and experience of professional accreditation frameworks would be advantageous
