ExperienceA background in immunology or cell biology, ideally at PhD level or equivalent industry experience - this is the scientific heart of the platformSome experience with computational or AI approaches applied to biological data - published work, tools, or models you have built, at whatever stage of your journey with thisFamiliarity with CRO or external lab management - even if earlier in your careerComfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where you will shape the process as much as follow itCuriosity about longevity, immunosenescence, or biological age science - whether as a research focus or a personal passion
Discover International have partnered with a cutting edge Immunology start-up who are searching for a Head of Translational Science, AI & CRO.
They are building an AI-powered platform that measures and improves immune health to help slow or reverse biological ageing.
The core idea: ageing is largely driven by declining immune function. By measuring someone's immune system in detail, identifying their \"type,\" and personalizing treatments, they can help restore youthful immune function - and with it, biological youth.
They're entering the field early, at a moment when three things are coming together for the first time: detailed immune testing, biological age tests (like epigenetic clocks), and AI tools that can turn that data into personalized treatment plans.
You'd be joining a team connected to leading scientists in the field - including Nobel laureates, well-known immunologists, published authors, and top researchers in ageing science. It's an opportunity to help shape a brand-new field focused on changing how we age.
