We're looking for a strategic and inspirational leader who can successfully deliver large-scale organisational change and bring people with them on the journey.You'll bring:Significant experience in a senior transformation, programme management, or business change leadership role.Experience reporting to Executive Teams and Boards.A successful track record of delivering transformational change within large and complex organisations.Strong programme, project, and portfolio management expertise.Experience managing significant budgets and multiple strategic projects.Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation skills.The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.Experience embedding effective change management approaches.Strong commercial awareness and experience demonstrating return on investment.Ideally experience within health, social care, the charity sector, or similarly complex service environments.A passion for improving outcomes for the people who use our
