Full Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Therapies and Clinical Psychologist to provide strategic leadership across Therapy Services while maintaining a substantive clinical role within our specialist Eating Disorders Service. This unique split role includes:

  • 2 days per week leading Therapy Services, driving clinical excellence, governance, and service development across allied health professionals and therapy teams
  • 3 days per week delivering specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to young people with eating disorders and complex mental health needs
  • You will play a key role in shaping a clinically led, evidence-based, and person-centred service, supporting multidisciplinary teams across our three units: Eating Disorders, PICU, and General Adolescent Services. Reporting to the Hospital Director, youll contribute to strategic planning, quality assurance, and workforce development while helping young people achieve meaningful recovery.
