Main duties of the job
We are offering the successful candidate a £5000 welcome bonus plus a relocation package of up to £8000
Active Neuro is seeking an exceptional Head of Therapies to lead our specialist neurorehabilitation service at Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre. This senior therapist role is perfect for a clinical leader who thrives on driving innovation, delivering excellent patient outcomes, and advancing rehabilitation practice.
You will lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team while maintaining a clinical caseload of 25%, modelling advanced therapeutic practice. You will own assessment and admissions, ensuring timely, high-quality decisions that drive excellent patient outcomes and support service growth. You will work with robotic exoskeletons, anti-gravity treadmills, and advanced upper and lower limb technologies, pioneering the use of assistive technology in rehabilitation. You will drive outcomes measurement and UKROC reporting to evidence clinical impact and demonstrate value to payers.
This role requires specialist expertise in neurological rehabilitation and experience leading services within a private or insurance-funded model of care.
