This is an opportunity to lead a holistic approach to student support, ensuring that every learner, regardless of circumstance, has the tools, confidence and support to thrive. As Head of Student Inclusion & Support, you will oversee a wide range of services that collectively remove barriers and create opportunity. You'll lead on:
- SEND and additional learning support
- Employability & Life Skills provision
- Supported internships and transition programmes
- Support strategies for vulnerable and disadvantaged learners You'll also:
- Inspire teams to deliver exceptional learner support
- Build strong partnerships with employers and external agencies
- Ensure support provision is responsive, consistent and impactful
