We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our college as Head of Strategic Growth and Partnerships. In this high-profile role, you will lead the college's engagement with employers, local and regional stakeholders, government bodies, and strategic partners to drive innovation, secure funding opportunities, and influence skills and workforce development priorities.

You'll act as the college's lead adviser on skills policy, devolution, economic development, and workforce planning, providing expert insight on emerging policy, funding reforms, and regional priorities. Working closely with senior leaders, you will translate intelligence into strategic opportunities that support growth, reputation, and impact., You will have experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, business growth, skills policy, economic development, or workforce planning, alongside excellent influencing, networking, and communication skills.
