Head of Stage

As Head of Stage you'll lead the Stage Department at the heart of our creative ambitions. You will take ownership of staging, rigging and automation across all of our productions, tours and events. You will be a key team member to turn creative ideas into safe, practical and brilliantly delivered performances., Reporting to the Head of Technical you will line manage the Show Managers and the Head Fly Technician. Working with colleagues across production, technical, artistic and touring and operations. You will ensure every project has the staffing, equipment and practical support it needs to succeed.

You will be instrumental in leading the departmental planning, preparing the team schedules, advising on staging feasibility and contribute to financial control of the department. Within your remit is ensuring that work can be delivered efficiently, revived, toured and rented out in the future.

The role delivers visible leadership at get-ins & outs, fit-ups, rehearsals and performances in Leeds and our touring venues. Safety will be central to your work and you will lead on relevant risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work, ensuring compliance across the department in line with company policies and procedures., We're looking for a collaborative, solutions-focused Digital Platforms Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of English National Ballet's core digital platforms. You'll oversee the systems that underpin our work - including our CRM, event ticketing and class management platforms - ensuring they are reliable, well-integrated and, You will support CEO & Executive Office Manager to maintain the smooth running of the CEO/Executive Office.You will undertake key administration tasks which support members of the Executive Team,Presidents and Vice-Presidents including booking of travel, liaison with members, supporting the arrangements for internal meetings & taking meeting notes., As part of the Customer Experience team, you will report to the Customer Experience Management Team and whilst on shift the Duty Manager and Supervisors., English National Ballet is seeking a Participation Officer to join our Engagement team. This role provides essential administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth delivery of English National Ballet's learning, participation and community work., To contribute to the creation, staging and presentation of work of the highest artistic standards by assisting in the effective and efficient running of the Production Department. To deputise for the Head of Stage as and when required
