Full Job Description

  • Lead the delivery of multi-site contracts with a clear strategic and operational focus
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
  • Inspire and support a high-performing team - encouraging collaboration, innovation, and development
  • Own financial performance - from budgeting and forecasting to reporting
  • Champion health & safety and ensure compliance with all industry regulations

    We're looking for an experienced, people-first leader to oversee a high-value, multi-site operation across the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established portfolio (worth approx. £5M annually) and lead teams delivering services in retail, care, and public sector spaces., Proven senior leadership experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, facilities, or similar sectors
  • A track record of managing complex, multi-site operations and achieving strong commercial results
  • Confident with financials - budgeting, forecasting, reporting
  • Commercially minded with a focus on client satisfaction and service excellence
  • A valid DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
