Full Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, you will lead multidisciplinary technology teams responsible for delivering secure, scalable and resilient platforms that support business operations and digital transformation.,

  • Develop and deliver the enterprise platform strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead the design, implementation and support of secure digital platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams of engineers, architects and product leaders.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into technology solutions.
  • Drive platform performance, resilience, security and continuous improvement.
  • Manage strategic technology partners and suppliers.
  • Promote modern engineering practices, innovation and data-driven decision-making.

    You'll be an accomplished technology leader with:
  • Significant experience leading enterprise IT platforms within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience managing global technical teams and technology suppliers.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and leadership skills.
  • A degree in IT, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
    • Professional certifications in cloud technologies or IT service management are advantageous.
