Full Job Description
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving holiday home sales performance across multiple resorts within the South Region. You will be working closely with our Group Head of Sales. You will lead, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams, ensuring delivery of revenue targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience and compliance., · Lead and manage regional sales teams across multiple holiday resorts · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets to meet appropriate margins · This is a hands-on senior leadership role, requiring you to actively sell lodges and caravans while also driving holiday home sales performance across the South region of our parks · Monitor performance metrics, forecasts, and sales pipelines across all sites · Train, and develop and coach Sales advisors to build high-performing teams · Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company sales processes · Work and communicate with all departments to achieve effective and efficient results. · Drive a strong customer-focused culture, delivering exceptional ownership experiences · Identify new opportunities for growth within the region · To carry out your duties in a manner that ensures the safest environment for colleagues and guests alike
· Extensive experience within the holiday park / resort sales industry (essential) · Proven track record of leading multi-site sales teams and delivering significant revenue growth · Strong leadership and coaching capability, with a hands-on approach · Commercially astute with excellent analytical and forecasting skills · Highly driven, target-oriented, and results-focused · Strong analytical skills · Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks within the industry · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills · Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region including the Isle of Wight,
