About this Role:

The Head of Safeguarding and Wellbeing takes strategic and operational responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people (under 18) and vulnerable adults across ATTFE College. The role ensures compliance with statutory guidance including Keeping Children Safe in Education, Children Act 1989, Children Act 2004, and adult safeguarding frameworks under the Care Act 2014., Our greatest passion is unleashing the potential of individuals to learn new skills that will add value and help improve their overall quality of life. The team at ATTFE College are fully committed to the educational, pastoral need and well-being needs of our learners.

Working from our main campuses of Sutton Community Academy and Dukeries Academy, you will join a team striving to raise the aspirations and achievements of our local communities.
