This pivotal senior role will place you centrally in the Trust supporting colleagues from across the organisation in their management of risk and participation in the local and National audit agenda. The successful candidate will possess the leadership and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels (for both streams of your portfolio)., We are looking for a colleague ideally experienced in managing risk who is committed to improving quality and safety (strategically, within the Trust, locally at team level and self). As part of this focus on continuous improvement, we are seeking a colleague who will proactively manage risk iteratively and will be able to respond flexibly to the changing priorities of the organisation.

You will be professionally curious seeking to analyse complex data (from multiple sources) to identify risk and audit outcomes and streamline processes where appropriate. You will be required to produce and present reports for executives (so an eye for detail will be a must).
