Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering revenue strategies that maximise profitability, market share and long-term commercial performance across our hotels., You'll be responsible for leading the Revenue Management function across the portfolio, ensuring a consistent, data-led and commercially focused approach to pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution strategy.,

  • Developing and delivering revenue strategies that maximise room revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Building and developing a high-performing Revenue Management team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability and commercial ambition.
  • Leading pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution practices to drive commercial performance.
  • Monitoring market trends and commercial performance metrics, ensuring forecasting and reporting remain accurate and commercially robust.
  • Collaborating closely with commercial financial operations to align revenue strategies with wider business objectives.

    You're a commercially ambitious revenue leader with strong analytical capability and a proven ability to influence performance across multiple properties and stakeholders.
  • We're looking for someone who brings:
  • Strong expertise in Revenue Management principles, pricing strategy, forecasting and inventory management.
  • Advanced analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex commercial data.
  • A strong understanding of hotel distribution channels, market trends and commercial performance drivers.
  • Experience using Revenue Management systems, PMS platforms and commercial reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset balanced with the ability to make confident, commercially sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a senior Revenue Management leadership role.
