Your Key Responsibilities And Impact Lead Recruitment delivery across the BBC, ensuring diverse, high quality talent is hired efficiently and effectively to meet business priorities and workforce plans Inspire and develop a large, multi-layered recruitment team, creating a high performance culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Drive operational excellence at scale, embedding consistent recruitment processes, leveraging data and
insights, and improving hiring outcomes, candidate experience, and delivery performance Partner with senior leaders and Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partners to translate workforce strategies into executable hiring plans, providing insight, challenge, and solutions to complex recruitment needs Shape the future of Talent Acquisition at the BBC by working closely with Enablement, Employer Brand, and specialist teams to maximise the impact of technology, assessment, attraction, and talent intelligence capabilities. Essential Criteria Your Skills and Experience Significant experience leading large scale Recruitment delivery functions within complex, matrixed organisations, with accountability for end to end recruitment outcomes Proven track record of delivering high volume and/or specialist hiring at scale, using data and performance metrics to drive measurable business results Strong leadership experience managing large, multi layered teams, with the ability to build high performing
