Head of Quality Standards

We are looking for a tenacious, confident, and adaptable individual who is naturally curious and brings excellent organisational, engagement, and communication skills. You'll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a dynamic, creative, and motivated team. This is a unique and rewarding role that operates across the entire Trust, with key responsibilities including:

• Performance standards and management
• Policy development
• Quality reporting
• Clinical leadership
• Collaboration with external stakeholders
Please note: This role is a 18.75 hour job share.,
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver a broad range of quality assurance activities
• Use data and insight to provide assurance on service quality and identify improvement priorities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance health outcomes, patient safety, and overall experience
• Provide expert guidance and support across all departments within the Trust
• Ensure the Trust can demonstrate high standards of care and provide assurance to internal and external stakeholders
You will have the authority and autonomy to:
• Monitor and review the quality of services across the Trust
• Intervene where necessary to protect patient care and safety
