This key position requires an individual with a robust background in property law, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a passion for developing client relationships and driving business growth.Key responsibilitiesHeading the property team in Bristol, managing and mentoring.Overseeing a diverse workload encompassing residential property transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.Driving the growth and development of the property practice through effective business development strategies.Providing expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency within the department.Managing departmental budgets, financial performance, and resource
