RCI Group is seeking a Group Head of Product & Project Delivery to lead product ownership, delivery governance and project execution. You will translate business priorities into clear roadmaps, delivery plans and measurable outcomes, acting as the critical link between internal customers, senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
In this role you will drive Horizon and digital transformation, oversee backlog prioritisation, establish governance, and champion AI adoption across the business.
