will be joining is a part of State Street Markets (Markets). When owners and managers of institutional assets need research, trading, securities lending and innovative portfolio strategies, they turn to Markets business unit. As our investment research and trading arm, Markets number one goal is to enhance and preserve our clients' portfolio values by applying technology, optimizing trading, and linking asset classes and markets across the world. What you will be responsible for Oversee change management and project delivery across Markets business lines. Personally lead key, high-visibility or high-risk initiatives where senior leadership, judgment, and credibility are required. Lead, manage, and develop a team of Project Managers, setting clear expectations for delivery quality, ownership, and outcomes. Allocate resources across the project portfolio to ensure capacity and skills are aligned with business priorities. Coach and develop Project Managers through active engagement

real-time guidance, and hands-on leadership. Ensure consistent application of project and change management disciplines to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes. Provide clear, concise executive reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and decision points. End-to-End Delivery Leadership - Deep command of project management disciplines (scope, milestones, dependencies, risk, budget). Judgment & Credibility - Demonstrated clarity, consistency, and sound decision-making. Operational Leadership - Ability to navigate competing priorities, resource constraints, and delivery risk. Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in project management, change management, or
enterprise transformation. Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Proven experience managing and developing teams of Project Managers.
