Full Job Description

Our client, an established and growing healthcare recruitment business, is looking for an experienced Head of Primary Care/ Director to lead its Primary Care division and build it nationally. You will inherit an established desk with an experienced consultant, active clients and a live pipeline, supported by existing infrastructure, compliance and delivery teams. The role:

  • Full commercial ownership of the Primary Care division, including P&L responsibility
  • Permanent and temporary recruitment across NHS and private providers
  • Winning new business and growing existing accounts
  • Mentoring consultants as the division expands, with clear progression to Director level
    • Markets include General Practice, ADHD Services, Urgent Care, Out of Hours, GP Federations, Primary Care Networks, Community Services, Digital Primary Care, Occupational Health, Prison Healthcare and Private GP Services.

  • A proven billing history within healthcare recruitment
  • Experience winning new business and managing client relationships
  • Leadership experience, or the ambition and ability to step into it

    Our client will also accept candidates at Senior Consultant / Team Leader level at £35,000 to £55,000 basic plus outstanding commission
