Full Job Description
The Head of Strategic Planning and Partnerships is a key leadership post within the organisation, driving the delivery of the Trust's strategic and operational plans to support high quality, sustainable mental health services.
This role supports the Associate Director of Performance and Strategic Development and involves the following key functions:
Strategy development and delivery - responsible for developing, coordinating and driving delivery of the Trust's strategic plans, including the overarching Strategy, Enabling Strategies and medium-term plans.
Planning - leading the development and delivery of an integrated annual planning process, aligned to the strategic and medium-term plans, system and national priorities. The postholder will lead the process internally and represent the Trust in system planning forums.
Partnerships - working with system partners, including statutory, voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise partners, commissioners and other key stakeholders to strengthen system collaboration, ensure the Trust is positioned to influence and respond to national and local priorities, and develop joint plans for service delivery.
The Head of Strategic Planning and Partnerships will work closely with Executive Directors, senior clinical and operational leaders across the Trust, system partners and communities.
