We are now seeking an ambitious and creative leader to lead our Performing Arts department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across Music, Drama and Performing Arts. This role is central to delivering a broad, inclusive and engaging curriculum that enables all students to succeed. You will lead curriculum development, support staff and work closely with colleagues to secure strong pupil progress, engagement and participation across all key stages. The successful candidate will use data effectively to improve outcomes and increase uptake at GCSE, while promoting Performing Arts across the school and wider community. The role also involves creating enriching opportunities through performances, extracurricular activities and community partnerships, helping to foster a vibrant and purposeful learning environment where students can thrive creatively and academically.
