Head of People & Culture

You'll be Trafford Leisure's lead People & Culture expert, providing strategic leadership across people, culture, organisational development and workforce performance, while working closely with senior leaders across the organisation to shape workforce strategy and organisational success.

This is far more than a traditional HR leadership role.

You'll work closely with senior leaders across the organisation, helping them build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability and create an environment where colleagues can thrive.

As a trusted adviser and constructive challenger, you'll ensure people, culture and organisational performance remain at the heart of decision-making as Trafford Leisure continues to evolve and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of Trafford Leisure's People & Culture Strategy

Partner with senior leaders to strengthen organisational and workforce performance

Develop leadership capability and embed a high-performing culture

Lead organisational development, talent and succession planning activity

Provide strategic people insight and expert advice to the Executive Team and Board

Champion colleague wellbeing, engagement, diversity and inclusion
