Head of Operations

You will work across the North West - South Cluster of the North Directorate. This role is home based, with travel to sites across the directorate as required. This role will cover HMP Altcourse, HMP Risley, HMP Thorn Cross and HMP Wymott. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the operational management of a cluster of services within Health in Justice sector. You will work closely with the Operations Director and Head of Nursing & Quality to ensure services are safe, effective, compliant, financially sustainable, and patient-focused. Salary & Hours This position is full time working 37.5 hours per week. You will receive an annual salary of £80,000 to £90,000 per annum. How will we support you?
