As Head of Operations, you'll be part of the Senior Leadership Team and report directly into the Site Director. You will be responsible for strategic planning as well as improving day-to-day operations on the shop floor.,

• Oversee end-to-end production operations
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Regulatory Standards
• Developing and lead on key operational strategies
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
• Lead and develop operational teams

• Proven leadership skills in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience using lean manufacturing practices
• Food Safety and HACCP L4
• IOSH but NEBOSH is preferred
• BRC Audit experience, M&S would be advantageous
