Full Job Description
You will be a Registered Nurse (NMC) with substantial senior leadership experience within complex healthcare environments, ideally including hospice, palliative care, community or acute settings. Were looking for someone who brings: Current level 1 NMC registration (essential) Significant experience in clinical leadership at senior level Strong expertise in clinical governance, quality and patient safety A track record of service improvement and change leadership Confidence working with regulators (e.g. CQC) and managing inspections Excellent communication and engagement skills A values led approach aligned with compassionate, person-centered care Experience in end of life or hospice care is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate Benefits You'll Love Annual leave allowance 25 days plus 8 public holidays (pro rata) Hybrid working Competitive Policy for parental/sick Leave Continuous Professional development Industry leading training programmes Season ticket loan for
