You will work across the South and IRCS directorate which covered our prisons in the South of England and our Immigration Removal Centres at Gatwick, Heathrow and Derwentside. This role is home based, with travel to sites across the directorate as required. This is a senior directorate leadership role responsible for providing professional, strategic, and operational leadership across nursing and allied health professional (AHP) services. You will ensure high-quality, safe, patient-centred care and lead on quality improvement, professional standards, workforce development, and governance.
