Full Job Description

Reporting to the Director of NHS Operations, you'll lead the NHS Operations team and help deliver the strategy behind operational excellence, governance, contract compliance and service growth. You'll work closely with colleagues across Specsavers, commissioners and external stakeholders. We are flexivble on your location and work on a hybrid basis as this role will require regular travel.

This role gives you the chance to influence NHS services at scale, supporting a portfolio worth more than £150m. You'll drive continuous improvement, use data and technology to improve performance, lead commissioning and contract activity, and develop a high-performing team. We're looking for an experienced strategic leader with strong NHS operational experience, commercial acumen and the ability to influence and deliver results in a complex environment. You'll also have experience of people management and feel confident in delivering through others.
