Ads, DSP, and retail media Improve product visibility, conversion, and organic ranking Oversee marketplace operations including listings, content, forecasting, and inventory management Identify new marketplace and international expansion opportunities Build reporting frameworks and use data to drive commercial decisions Lead and develop a high-performing marketplace team Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams What We're Looking For Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Ads Experience owning P&L and managing commercial performance Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a hands-on approach Experience leading teams in fast-paced consumer or e-commerce businesses Ideally experience in FMCG, wellness, nutrition, beauty, or consumer brands What's in it for me?
