Full Job Description

  • Managing capacity and ensuring workloads are distributed evenly across the team.
  • Support, develop and motivate the team through holding regular 1-2-1's and meetings.
  • Ensuring that a high level quality of service is provided at all times.
  • Embody and be a keen ambassador for the firms values
  • Ensuring you teams cases are progressing to ensure that clients receive appropriate and professional legal advice in a timely and efficient manner, whilst managing their expectations.
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets and to prioritise a varied caseload.

    We are currently looking for someone to lead and drive teams who are handling pre and post litigated housing disrepair matters. Experience of Personal Injury would be advantageous.
    • If you have got drive and determination, ambition and are looking for a stimulating career then we would love to hear from you., Qualified Solicitor, minimum 5+ years PQEDemonstrable expertise in Housing Disrepair and Civil LitigationProven experience of leading and supervising litigationAbility to positively motivate and support team membersTarget driven whilst maintaining exceptional client careConfident when working to targetsExcellent telephone manner and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and negotiation skillsExcellent technical knowledge of the CPR and Housing Conditions case lawAbility to provide a high level of client care.Ability to work efficiently and effectively, as part of a team and using one's own initiative.
