Head of Leadership

· A substantial track record of setting and delivering leadership strategy or enterprise-wide leadership transformation in a large, complex organisation.

· Deep expertise in leadership development, behaviour change and the organisational systems that shape leader performance.

· Commercial judgement and executive-level credibility, with the ability to connect leadership choices to business outcomes and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.

· A strong record of turning strategy into action through disciplined programme delivery, clear governance, measures and accountability.

· The ability to lead through a matrix, join the dots across organisational boundaries, mobilise limited resources and deliver through others.

Desirable skills/experience

· Experience gained in management consultancy, leadership advisory or major organisational transformation.

· International experience or work across complex stakeholder environments.

· Experience using technology, data or AI to personalise leadership support, extend reach or measure impact.

You'll have enterprise-wide visibility, senior sponsorship and the opportunity to influence how leadership works across one of the UK's largest organisations.
