solutions become fully used and embedded - from ready-to-deploy to ready-to-use.Uphold global technology, architecture, and security standards within the region, partnering with the CTO organisation on infrastructure, integration, and platforms.Lead and develop the regional IT team and manage local contractors and vendor relationships in line with global sourcing frameworks.The Perfect Blend: What We're Looking ForSubstantial experience leading IT in a multi-country or regional context, ideally within retail, consumer goods, or a comparable multi-site business.Proven track record as a business partner to senior commercial and operational leaders, with the credibility to influence at Managing Director and executive level.Strong delivery and portfolio management background across enterprise applications (ERP, Retail / POS, Supply Chain) and cross-functional programmes.Sound understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure principles, and how to work effectively with
