What You'll Be Doing
Set the strategic direction for internal communications, ensuring alignment with our business priorities and company narrative.
Lead and develop a talented internal communications team, fostering a culture of high performance, creativity and modernity.
Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into meaningful communications that resonate across the organization.
Create engaging strategies and narratives that bring our business goals to life, ensuring clarity and connection for all colleagues.
Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile, store-first communications, ensuring impactful delivery and two-way conversations across various channels.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect business goals to effective communication strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence in advising senior leaders.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a focus on building strong relationships across teams.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
Experience in delivering communications within a complex retail organization.
A best-practice, data-led mindset, using analytics to measure impact and improve communications.
Creativity in crafting modern communications campaigns that resonate with colleagues across all areas of the business, using multiple channels.
