Are you an inspirational leader ready to shape the future of inpatient therapy services? We are seeking an exceptional Head of Inpatient Therapy Services to lead, develop and transform our integrated inpatient therapy teams across two hospital sites. This is a pivotal strategic leadership role, providing professional, operational and transformational leadership to a large and diverse workforce of therapists, support staff and clinical leaders. You will drive service innovation, deliver high-quality patient-centred care, and ensure services are responsive to the changing needs of our patients, communities and healthcare system. You will lead the delivery of key operational and performance objectives, champion quality improvement, and build strong partnerships across multidisciplinary teams, divisions and system partners to improve patient flow, outcomes and experience

Join us and help shape the future of inpatient care through outstanding leadership, compassion and ambition., The post holder will be responsible for the management of approximately 128 wte staff, comprising registered physiotherapists, occupational therapists and related support staff.
