Head of Individual Giving

Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) is a much more just than a veterans' charity. With a social enterprise offering employment opportunities, veterans' housing, direct homelessness support and a dementia facility, RBLI supports the Armed Forces, people with disabilities and people who are unemployed. RBLI improves lives every day by inspiring those they help and supporting them to find work and lead independent lives.
As Head of Individual Giving, you will lead and manage the IG team, with responsibility for marketing, telephone, and digital campaigns, RBLI's Tommy Club, lotteries, legacy and In Memory donations. Joining at an exciting period of growth the role will expand all activity across this diverse area.
Working towards income and recruitment targets, you will lead new and ambitious acquisition activity as well as identifying ways to improve supporter journeys and retention and maximise the growing RBLI supporter and customer databases.
We're looking for a strategic and inspiring leader, with a strong track record in supporter acquisition and evidence of growing income and engagement. You'll be able to evidence delivering compelling creative appeals and experience of introducing outstanding donor stewardship programmes. You'll have a data-led approach and experience of delivering successful, multi-channel campaigns.
