Head of Income Generation

Primary Integrated Community Servicesare supporting Bassetlaw Hospice with the recruitment for the following vacancy., The Head of Income Generation will lead, grow, and manage all income-generating activity across Bassetlaw Hospice The Hospice of the Good Shepherd CIO, including fundraising, community engagement, events, retail operations, and integration with the clinical and hospice teams. The postholder must deliver a minimum of £400,000 income per annum.,

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive income generation strategy across all fundraising, events, and retail areas.
• Drive achievement of a minimum annual income of £400,000 to support the vital clinical services delivered.
• Lead fundraising streams including individual giving, corporate fundraising, grants, trusts, and legacies.
  
  Relevant CPD or experience in fundraising or equivalent management
• Understanding budget forecast and planning, maintenance and protection.
• Knowledge of major fundraising streams
• Experience managing retail operations
