Support the development and implementation of a Qs portfolio of collaborative improvement services. Scope potential income generating activities, develop products to market and respond to tenders and other opportunities, securing business and building strong funder relationships. Bring advanced expertise in key fields of design, collaboration and systems improvement, alongside a broad understanding of relevant fields to act as a professional face and lead for our work. Provide inspiring leadership to the services team, building and leading teams to deliver complex and ambitious commissioned activities, working across the Q team, NHS Alliance and external delivery partners. Support services team members to deliver work effectively and within agreed budgets. Ensure appropriate evaluative learning and insights are surfaced and acted on.
