Head of Human Resources
We are looking an experienced and dedicated Head of HR to lead our professional HR team that delivers HR function for 250 employees. In this dynamic role, you will be pivotal in managing employee relations, overseeing strategic workforce planning, managing successful recruitment and safer recruiting practices, and sustaining the School's HR function. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering a high-quality HR service in an educational setting, we would love to hear from you.
Start Date: Monday, 22nd September 2025
Disclosure Level: Enhanced
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Reporting to: Bursar
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Mondays to Fridays 9am - 5pm
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
